- 04I work with adults 18 and older, including men, women, seniors, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. My focus is on supporting first responders, entrepreneurs, therapists, leaders, and others in high-stress or demanding roles who seek holistic approaches to health and well-being. Think of therapy and holistic wellness like tending a garden: everyone has unique needs, and some plants (or people) require more attention, guidance, and care to thrive.
- 05Energy work is a holistic practice that helps restore balance and flow within the body’s energy system. Through modalities such as Reiki, chakra balancing, and other hands-on or hands-off techniques, energy work can support emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Sessions aim to release blockages, reduce stress, and promote a sense of calm and alignment. PLEASE NOTE: Energy work sessions are currently scheduled only on Fridays to keep them separate from therapy sessions. Clinical therapy can be emotionally and energetically intense for both client and practitioner and providing energy healing immediately afterward can make it challenging to fully focus. Separating these services ensures that each session—therapeutic or energetic—is delivered with clarity, balance, and full attention.

- 07Yes! Currently I accept Aetna and Quest. United Healthcare coming soon. For all other insurance providers, I am considered out-of-network. This means my practice operates independently from certain insurance networks. There are many advantages to self-pay and out-of-network benefits. Most importantly, your care is guided by you and your therapist—not by insurance companies. This allows us to work together without restrictions on session length, frequency, or treatment focus, so your therapy can be fully personalized to your needs. With this flexibility, you receive support that is truly centered on your healing and growth. Clients are often able to use their Health Savings Account (HSA) to cover session costs. If you’d like, I can also provide you with a detailed receipt (called a “superbill”) for each session. You can submit this to your insurance provider to see if you qualify for reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Please note Energy services and Holistic services are not eligible for insurance.
- 08A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes all the information your insurance company needs to process a claim for out-of-network mental health services. It’s not a bill you pay—just a document you submit to your insurance provider to potentially receive reimbursement for sessions you’ve already paid for. What’s Included on a Superbill? Each superbill will list: • Your therapist’s name, credentials, and NPI number • Date and length of the session • Service code (CPT) • Diagnosis code (if required) • Fee paid and your name as the client How Do I Use a Superbill? • Attend your session and pay out of pocket • Request a superbill and I will send it to you • Submit it to your insurance provider (online portal, mail, or app) • If eligible, your insurance may reimburse a portion of the cost directly to you Please note Energy services and Holistic services are not eligible for Superbill reimbursement.

- 11Therapy and psychotherapy groups are available only to clients located in Georgia, in accordance with state licensure laws. For clients outside of Georgia, I offer holistic and non-clinical services such as breathwork, meditation, mindfulness practice, coaching, and spiritual advising. While therapy focuses on mental health treatment within a clinical framework, these holistic services are supportive practices designed to promote balance, self-awareness, and overall well-being. This way, you can still access guidance and support no matter where you live.
- 12Therapy (often referred to as psychotherapy) primarily focuses on mental health and emotional healing. Therapists are typically licensed mental health professionals with extensive training in mental health treatment. They work within clinical frameworks and use evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Therapy helps individuals work through past trauma, address mental health issues (like depression, anxiety, PTSD), and improve their overall emotional well-being. Therapy can also address unresolved issues that affect present-day functioning. Therapists often work with clients who need to process difficult emotions or work through psychological distress. They help people navigate internal struggles and provide mental health care. Therapy can sometimes be a longer-term process, particularly when it involves working through significant psychological issues. Coaching, on the other hand, is usually future-focused and goal-oriented. A coach helps individuals set and achieve personal, professional, or performance-related goals. It’s about maximizing potential and helping the person develop strategies for success, growth, and life satisfaction. Coaches focus more on motivation, accountability, and personal development. Coaches provide guidance, support, and strategies for success. They help clients improve certain aspects of their life, but they don't focus on clinical mental health issues. Coaching tends to be shorter-term and more focused, with a clear goal or set of goals that the client wants to achieve.
