Terms of Service
By scheduling and engaging in services with Express Wellness Counseling & Holistic Practices you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedule.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in termination of services.
2. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements are made.

Accepted payment methods include [list: credit card, cash, insurance, etc.].
3. Confidentiality

All personal and clinical information is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA and professional ethics.

Exceptions include risk of harm to self or others, suspected abuse, or as otherwise required by law.
4. Use of Service

Services are intended for personal health and wellness purposes.

Engaging with our website or social media does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
5. Emergencies

These services are not designed for crisis intervention.

If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or dial 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.).
6. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if:

Safety concerns arise,

Terms and policies are repeatedly violated, or
-
Client engagement demonstrates lack of readiness for therapy.
