Integrative Talk Therapy
This style of therapy is a flexible, client-centered approach that combines various therapeutic modalities to address the unique needs of individuals.
It integrates techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness practices, and somatic therapies, among others, to provide a holistic treatment plan.
Session Details: Duration 50-minutes, Investment: Individual in-person & virtual session $175. Check-in 30-minute session $100 (only for established follow-up clients), 30-minute add on sessions $90. All in-person sessions are charged a nonrefundable $18 booking fee. This charge is not deducted from your schedule session.
