Meditation is the practice of training your awareness and attention to create a state of mental clarity, emotional calm, and inner peace. With meditation, you’ll be gently guided to slow down, turn inward, and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity. This practice helps quiet the mind, reduce anxiety, and support emotional resilience.

Mindfulness is a powerful tool in holistic care. By gently training your awareness to return to the present moment, mindfulness helps quiet racing thoughts, reduce stress, and reconnect you with your body’s wisdom. Through mindfulness, clients often discover more clarity, improved emotional regulation, and a greater sense of peace—helping them to live more fully and authentically. This approach is not about “quick fixes.” Instead, it’s about empowering you with tools, awareness, and practices that support healing and growth from the inside out in everyday life such as mindful eating, movement, sleep, or relationships.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a safe, guided process that brings you into a deeply relaxed state, allowing you to work with your subconscious mind to create positive and lasting change. In this state, your conscious mind becomes quiet, allowing us to gently work with your subconscious, where core beliefs, emotional patterns, and memories are stored. You remain fully in control throughout the process—aware, calm, and receptive.

Session Details: Holistic Services, 50-minutes In-person & Virtual, Investment $175. Please note Hypnotherapy is only provided as an in-person session. All in-person sessions are charged a nonrefundable $18 booking fee. This charge is not deducted from your schedule session.
